Description
The Wallowa River at high water provides a delightful swiftwater paddle from Lower Diamond Road to the confluence with the Minam River.
At high water, this small river moves rapidly, allowing you to cover this distance in a short amount of time.
Aside from wave trains and small rapids, this section of river is relatively non-technical and barely qualifies as whitewater.
This section is excellent for beginner paddlers or intermediate downriver SUPpers.
