Description
This off-piste area is very popular on a powder day because it is not difficult and it is easy to access.
To get there, take the Chaux-Fleurie chairlift from Lindarets.
Once at the top, turn left towards the arrival of the opposite chairlift.
You will have to push for about 150 - 200m to the end of the flat area.
You will then have a pleasant, short hike along the ridge for approximately 100m with skis on shoulders or attached to a rucksack, until you reach the antenna.
It is from here that the freeride begins with a mellow slope that gradually steepens with many rollovers and nicely spaced trees.
This run is ideal for warming up before a big powder day, however it can be tracked out very quickly.
You must be very careful not to go too much to the right because there is a big cliff below, so as you begin your descent gradually bear to the left.
You will eventually hit the blue piste that brings you back down into the Lindarets village.
