Description

These were the original chutes at Deer Valley.

From the top of Sultan Express, ski down Stein's Way staying right.

Take the gate into double black, expert terrain.

Stay right over several blind rollovers.

Soon, you will be at the top of the Mayflower Chutes.

They are two wide steep pitches, separated by a band of rocks.

The terrain here has many features from rollovers, to small rocks to jump off, and even some bigger drops.

Having a buddy spot your landing is a good idea as there are a number of rocks in the area.

The chutes empty out into a broad runout that leads to Morning Star and Fortune Teller, both are low angle black runs.
