Description

This line was created for two reasons: to demonstrate where the Permanent Closure is, and to demonstrate another line off Peak 5.

Please understand the location of the Permanent Closure.

There are several options off of this line and because of the cornice, it is not recommended to ski this line first in the Peak 5 Zone.

The cornice can get very large in this area and scouting from the bottom of the entire bowl is recommended.

There are routes to the skier's left/looker's right of this line as well.

Please use caution when skiing this line.

There are many rocks throughout and the snow loads up at the top of it.

The line faces in a better aspect for snow conditions so it is a good choice if you get to the zone later in the day.

Once you drop in, enjoy nice steep, east facing turns keeping in mind where the rocks are and stay to the skier's left back to the exit out of the zone.
