Description

The two lines known as the Couloir and the Cirque can be accessed via Peak Chair.

At the top, take a left along Matthew's Traverse until you see the marked entrances on the left side, the Cirque being the first or the two.

This run has an extremely narrow and tricky entrance to negotiate as the line funnels between the rocks and opens up below into Glacier Bowl.

The entire line from start to finish is also extremely steep.

If it has not snowed recently, lines on the face of Whistler and Glacier Bowls will likely feature moguls which are of very large size and are very hard-packed.

If you like navigating steep and tight entrances, The Cirque will be an instant favourite.
