Description

Stefan's Chute is located skier's left of Cockalorum and drops into the center of West Bowl between two large cliff sections.

The resulting chute is fast, tight and steep, giving it all the great makings of a classic West Bowl line.

This line does not involve the same negotiation of cornice needed for Monday's and Cockalorum and therefore has a bit of an easier entry, albeit the entire line is much more narrow than the other two.

A can't miss line in the West Bowl if you like to go fast! Stefan's Chute will drop you in the heart of West Bowl and then down to Highway 86 for the road back to Mid-station (top of the Creekside Gondola and bottom of the Big Red Express).
