Description

Franz's Meadows is accessible from the Roundhouse as well as the base of the Peak Express.

Traversing over to the meadow will lead you to a spot that is popular for good reason, although the wide open space means that there is enough room for everyone to score their turns.

This open bowl eventually funnels down below to the base of Franz's chair, which will lead you down to Franz's and Lower Franz's.

Consider this area an option during a storm where the high alpine is closed, as excellent bowl riding can be found here without having to use any upper lifts.
