Description

A serious run but one with fun, flowing skiing.

From the Helbronner, take in the outstanding views before heading down the mellow slopes to the north, passing between the Aiguilles Marbées and Petit Flambeau.

Once past the Petit Flambeau, turn left and ski the mellow slope, staying about 200 - 300 metres east of Petit Flambeau's north ridge, down to the large plateau which marks the meeting point with the classic Vallée Blanche route.

(The mellow slope is usually least crevassed on the right hand side initially, and then on the left lower down).
