Description

For those looking to get back to Zug, this is a pretty route along a fairly easy but un-groomed path.

Other than transport, it is not particularly exciting and there is certainly a lot of more interesting skiing to be done in Lech.

However, 48 is usually completely deserted, so for those who like a bit of solitude, it is a welcome break from the crowds you sometimes get in the area during the European school holidays.

The run is rather flat in places, so be prepared for some pushing.

I would not want to be on a snowboard here for this reason, punting around on one foot is no fun.

Zug is picturesque and it is possible to get a bus back to Lech or Zurs, though it is worth nothing that the bus service is quite infrequent, so you need to time this carefully.
