This blue starts at the top of the Tête des Saix, from the Lanche and l'Airon chairs, and can also be accessed by the other three chairlifts which arrive at this point.
Starting from the Croix Blanc snack bar, it is a 20 metre wide, often mogully blue which widens out into a large area (make for the 'cricket stumps' and then the tracks down directly along the top of the ridge, into a 'three, shallow-schuss' run).
If you're a blue run skier you'll want to put in turns on this piste, but those beyond this ability will want to schuss.
This can make for a tricky combination, especially at peak times (11:30-12 and 15:00-17:00).
It is a long run and the final section may need to be poled.
Turn right at the ski patrol hut for Morillon Arret, hard left for the Lanche black and stay left for Les Carroz green Molliachets.
