Description

This usually moguled slope can be traversed to access the gut of Cheyenne Bowl or skied fall line to remain in Wally’s World.

Named for a legendary ski patroller (Mark Wolling aka Big Wally) who passed away in a tragic avalanche on this slope while attempting to clear the run for the public, Wally’s World is a tribute to those serving to protect the public from these otherwise extremely dangerous slopes.

This run is a great reminder of just how dangerous this mountain is and to respect the forces of nature we may not see while skiing in “controlled” areas.

Pay your respects by hanging a left off of Rendezvous Trail right ofter the bottleneck as the trail flattens out and ski the fall line.
