Another classic walk which gives an excellent feel of the higher mountains landscape as well as magnificent views most of the way. At the Ordiales viewpoint there is a sheer 1000 metre drop over the Angon Valley.

Description
Starting at Pan de Carmen close to Lake Enol this is one of the classic walks in the Picos de Europa, and gives an excellent feel of the higher mountains landscape as well as magnificent views most of the way.
The walk passes the Vega Redonda refuge and then carries on to the Ordiales viewpoint where there is a sheer 1000 metre drop over the Angon Valley and stunning views out to the Ponga Mountains and beyond.
