Description

From wherever you drop in, follow the creek line up to the head of the river.

Stay on the left bank of the river as you head up, otherwise you may have to cross several creeks and it is easier to do one than many.

At the source of the river, at the base of The Corrie, head left and up to the ridgeline, be careful here as when there is lots of snow, cornices can form, so make sure you take a line where you can see the way up.

From the base of The Corrie to the Ramshead takes about an hour, you can also use this route to head down to Thredbo, refer to the Karels T-bar to Ramshead line for more info.
