Description

The Pencil in Sacajawea (Summer) Bowl is a good bet for steep, tight, North facing turns.

It doesn't often connect to the ridge, but does normally have 6-800 feet of good skiing.

The upper half is about 40 degrees, with it flattening out as you get down the lower section.

It stays consistently 15 feet wide depending on winds.

It is usually best to boot directly up this line.
