Description

Despite being farther than the Goshikionsen lot, this lot is mostly flat or downhill to get to.

In fresh, deep snow, it might still be easier to get back to the Goshikionsen lot unless on a snowboard and without snowshoes. This route back is more intricate than the other but if in doubt, one can simply follow the road until they reach the lot.

The route outlines bypassing several switchbacks, which are overall unnecessary and, in deep snow on a snowboard, not recommended. These returns should only be attempted if the group has placed a car at one of the lots, or has the ability to call for a taxi.

There are no amenities or shuttle services at either of the parking lots.
