Description

One of my favorite walks in South Oxfordshire, the woodland is ancient and full of old Yew trees.

Lots of deer and badgers in the forest.

Keep an ear out for the Ravens too. Points of interest; Huge Beech tree between collins end entering the woods, under is a large dilapidated bench/table.

Perfect spot for a brew or lunch.

As you exit the forest there's a scenic view point of the thames and maple durham also great for a brew. If you continue down Hardwick road until you reach the crossroads with Sheepwash Ln there's an Organic Veg Shack that sells local produce, it runs on honestly policy cash payments so bring some change.

If you continue down Sheepwash Ln you get to the Thames, it's a good spot to let your dog jump in!
