Description

Head north from the parking lot in Sæbø.

Follow the road which after a while ends in a path with red markings on sticks.

Follow these markings through the woods. Above the tree line a huge bowl opens up.

Climb the bowl heading to the north.

Right under the summit, turn slightly to the right and go up to the col.

At the col you can leave your skis behind and scramble the last climb to the summit.

It is recommended to use crampons and ice axe this last section. Descend the same way as the ascend. Down at Sæbø you can enjoy a wonderful sauna at the dock.
