This is probably the quicker and less demanding route starting from the Col de Tentes (France). As a gift I include the walk above one of the most famous and exciting cols along the Pyrenees: la Brecha de Rolando (or Brèche de Roland in French).

There you have an wide area, like a balcony, offering and unbeatable view over the Gavarnie waterfall (that is said to the one of the highest in Europe) #FR Vraiment une ascension classique des Pyrénées, le sommet du pic Taillon en traversant le col magique ou mystique : la Brèche de Roland. Petit cadeau : suivez la trace sur le terrain sous la Brèche, dans cette espèce de terrace qui sert comme belvedere privilegié sûr le Cirque de Gavarnie et la Grand Cascade.
