Description
This 10-miler follows the Mountains to Sea Trail (MST) from the Visitor Center to Lunch Rock, a popular overlook on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
The trail is easy to follow and is consistently blazed with white dots.
There are a few times it crosses the road, and another time it follows underneath the Interstate.
This is a great option if you're in Biltmore Village, or near the Estate.
