FATMAP difficulty grade
The hardest runs at Park City are what I call the Anesthesia Chutes off of Fantasy Ridge.
They are barely ever open, but when they are, the chutes are adrenaline-inducing thrill rides.
They only open on deep powder days when the rocks and exposed terrain are covered.
Chute 8 is much like 6 and 7 terrain wise but without the sketchy exit.
It can build up a cornice and can be great for jumping in.
It is a about 5-feet wider than 6 and 7, making it much easier to ski.
