FATMAP difficulty grade
Not my personal GPX Track, but the one I followed. Overall a very light ascend for it being 1100m. Last bit to the summit is on foot, but no crampons are required.
If you want you can bring an ice axe, but poles work fine tool. The Descend on this track should only be done in good avy conditions, otherwise it's also possible to follow the ascend track back to Hospental (which is below 30 degrees I think).
If you do not go back to Hospental but ride down into the valley you have the option to make it all the way to Realp directly, or you can go straight down and walk the rest of the way to Realp (which we did), pretty much following the GPX Track.
