Description
Trail starts with a few kms of uphill with a climb to the top of Barnevave hill.
Beautiful views over Carlingford Lough as you continue followed by a downhill along the Tain trail, with 5km along a small road.
Climb back top to the top of Slieve Foye mountain which affords fantastic views over the lough and surrounding area.
Long decent with again a slight uphill towards the forest park towards Omeath and then gradual downhill return to Carlingford.
