From Isenfluh (there's a public bus station) take the small private gondola (check operating hours first) to Sulwald.
From there you can pretty much follow the summer hiking paths through the woods all the way until the trees clear out.
Head south and be sure to keep on the left of the two lines for uphill, following the ridge to the scenic Lobhörner.
Be sure to bring a camera for that view! For the descend we decided to go around the Lobhörner on the southern side, but you can also head down straight from the eastern end.
Be sure to not drift too far into the flats of the valley (keep steering to the right, back to the track you came up on), so you dn't end up having to walk (as we did).
After that you can pretty much follow your tracks all the way to Sulwald.
If you did come by public transport and there's still enough snow it's a nice option to ski all the way back to Lauterbrunnen (which we did, just ask the locals about the conditions of the path).
