Description

Bootleg Canyon is renowned for rocky, challenging singletrack, regardless of whether you're shredding on a big downhill bike or pedaling a long cross country loop.

When it comes to shuttle runs, several trails drop off the top of the mountain, plummeting straight down the front side via gnarly double black diamond trails.

On those trails, you'll find gap jumps, massive rock gardens, and all manner of gnar. This run is one such full-on downhill run.

After following Sidewinder and Snake Back, the descent is anchored by the G-String trail.

G-String is regarded as substantially more difficult than the nearby Snake Back trail, and includes several high-consequence rock moves that aren't for the faint of heart or short of skills.

If you're unsure whether or not you can handle this trail, it's best to work your way up on easier trails before trying this technical test piece.
