Description

This tour is not too long and offers beautiful view on the mountains range around.

Mellow start in a long and flat valley, you can see the final ridge and the summit pretty soon.

The classic way stops at the Untere Rötspitze, until there it is a simple ski tour with a small boot pack at the end.

From there, the way to the principal summit is a bit more technic and require good skills in mixte climbing if the ridge is in winter conditions.

A rope, ice axes, sling to protect and crampons are required.

the first steep part of the ridge is the most exposed.

Then the final ridge is not complicated but still exposed.
