Description

This trail alongside Eklutna Lake is popular at all times of year, but especially for fat biking in the winter and spring.

It can makes a scenic out-and-back ride all its own, or a means of traveling deeper into the backcountry.

The track mapped here ends at Serenity Falls hut, which is an overnight destination and the start of further travel on foot or skis. For a simple day trip, you might ride just to the bridge at 5 miles and then turn around, but of course there is more to see if you continue farther.
