FATMAP difficulty grade
The E3 area has the easiest ways down the Eastern Face, it consists mainly of traverses, and a few tight chutes.
Get here by starting on the Northern face and traversing skiers right.
From here, you'll see an abundant number of different traverses and chutes.
The cliffs are a bit difficult to spot, but this section of the face can be skied without any cliff drops (of course there are still plenty of cliff drops available).
However, make no mistake, this is still a ridiculously exposed and steep backcountry run.
These traverses demand incredible control as just the slightest bit of excess speed can hurdle you down the mountain at speeds that will easily kill you.
