FATMAP difficulty grade
While not easy at all, this is certainly the most risk free of all the Deadwood Peak Faces.
It is still very steep at some points.
However, it's easily the least risky line due to there being limited exposure, and generally good snow cover.
Still, it's slightly harder than your average double black.
Start with hiking up to the beginning of The Northern Face and cut sharply skiers left till you see the entrance for the North-West Face.
The entrance will be very narrow and often times littered with rocks, but once you make it to the left side of the face, it's a very nice, consistent pitch till the bottom.
