Known for its 17th century hall and its wells of fresh Peak District water, we’ll leave the village to head towards Thorpe and the entrance to Dove Dale.
A walk through this most beautiful of dales is sure to enchant and enrich your stay in the Peaks.
Later in the day we’ll cross pasture land and visit the pretty village of Alstonfield before heading back to Hartington.
