Description

Canyon Route is the uphill access on Lincoln Peak.

It's the way to earn your turns on Viva, the Avi Chutes, and other blacks that make some of the best runs at Mammoth.

Lincoln is a local's favorite zone on storm days, so even if the chairs aren't turning you could skin to the top on this route, as long as the runs aren't closed for avalanche control. Skinning at Mammoth requires an Ikon Pass or a separate uphill pass that must be purchased.

Check out their [Uphill Access](https://www.mammothmountain.com/mountain/uphill-access) page for more information.
