This pioneering route connects the iconic lakes of the English Lake District by paddleboard to create a complete traverse of England's largest National park.
Start at the south end of the longest lake, Windmere before meandering 18km to Ambleside.
At this point, you'll most likely have to put out and hike via Rydal before paying your respects to William Wordsworth and the gingerbread of Grassmere.
Once you've hiked over Dunmail Raise, you'll be able to put back into Thirlmere surrounded by the towering peaks of Helvellyn ridge.
At the end of Thirlmere, you'll need to make one final hike over Armboth fell before finishing the route via Derwent lake a lively section of river and Bassenthwaite lake.
