Description

The route starts at Axamer Lizum where you turn left under cable car to Birgitzköpflhaus.

The hut is opened even in winter.

In the saddle you carry on to the NW face of Nockspitze.

Mairrinne is a very popular route therefore it is most likely that there will be track all the way to the summit.

Be careful though in tricky avalanche conditions.
