Description

On top of the "La Basera" chairlift turn right and follow "Les portelle's steep line" almost until the end of the traverse.

This one takes about 20 minutes and good skiing skills are important due the fact this is on a ridge.

The line is pretty steep into the highest part where some good abilities are required to negotiate the gully.

The lower section of the line loses all the steepness and looks like a piste but there are some rocks about if there is low snow cover.

The line gets a good amount of snow so avalanche risk needs to be taken into consideration due the gully and the steepness of the higher section.

The line finishes at the bottom of "Els Feixans" which leads back to "La Coma" ski area or the bottom of Arcalis ski area.
