Description

For the most part easy skiing on all aspects of Kootenay Pass.

Start by ascending cornice ridge from the west parking lot, traverse over to missile ridge, then ski back to the bowl.

From here ascend the col on buzz ridge and climb to the north sub peak.

ski down and cross the HWY then climb up the ridge to lookers left of baldy rocks, around the back to ripple trail then descend lightning to the bottom on the muffin skin track.

Then up the ridgeline of the muffin and ski the glades on the north face down to the bomb shelter.
