Description

From the valley station of the Rosshütte skiing area, start climbing up all the way along the ski slope for then entering a track which goes through the forest towards Hochegg Alm, which is located at 1340.

After the Alm, you will slowly gain some more verticals following the route just next to the ski slope.

This section is really pleasant on a sunny day, thanks to its full exposure to the sun rays.

After reaching Rosshütte, where the top station of the train is, the ascent gets steeper and it will lead you all the way up to Seefelder Joch.

Keep on following the slope - which is not always groomed - until the very top of the resort, where you can now enjoy a breathtaking view over the valley and the mountain chains surrounding you.

It is about to go down: different options are possible here - always following one of the groomed slopes of Seefeld - Rosshütte area.
