FATMAP difficulty grade
A fast and flat course around the wide, tree-lined paths provides a very good chance of a personal best inside East London’s Victoria Park.
The 5k route consists of a short mini-lap before a whole lap of the course and finishes with cutting across the grass area in the centre of the Park then dashing for the finish.
The 10k route consists of three laps of the course, when approaching the finish split you will be required to stay on the right side of the cones before turning right towards the finish.
The Half Marathon route consists of a short-mini lap before six whole laps of the course.
It finishes by cutting across the Park, running around the pond, turning and staying right of the cones before turning right towards the finish. For clear instructions, it is advised you remove your headphones allowing you to listen to our fantastic marshals on the course. 5k = 1.5 Laps; 10k = 3 Laps; Half Marathon = 6.5 Laps
