Description

This 24km all-snow course in the ski resort of Montgenèvre (amongst the oldest in France) covers both the N and S-facing slopes to either side of the village, offering wonderful views of the valley and surrounding mountains.

Starting and ending in the village, the route begins up the south side of the valley, traversing westward, winding underneath Mt Janus and round the top of the Gondrans Chair at ~2400m before descending down and back up the northern slopes under the Chalvet Gondola.

Complete this loop anti-clockwise to finish back at the starting point. For more information check out: https://www.trailenbrianconnais.com/snow-race/presentation
