Middle PHD is *the* single must-do ride in South Rutherford if you love rock slabs, drops, slow tech and of course - plenty of views.

Compared to Upper PHD, the slabs tend to be shorter in length, though the rock rolls and slow technical features are just as rewarding.

Middle also offers slightly more flow, though there are a handful of optional lines and drops you can spend all day perfecting. Access Middle PHD from South Rutherford Access Road where Upper PHD ends.
