Description

Starting in Kinlochleven and then ascending to a stunning blunt ridge, this is a wonderful trip which is long enough to satisfy even the keenest of hikers.

At times the path is not overly clear so you'll need a bit of experience in route finding and spotting signs of previous hikers, but generally the route is obvious and intuitive.

The views are spectacular throughout, with Beinn a' Bheithir, the famous peaks of the Aonach Eagach and the Pap of Glencoe all featuring. The hike ends with a stroll down the barren and wild Allt na Lairge Moire, which leads - via a few boggy sections - back to Kinlochleven.
