Description

This is definitely a classic line where from the top you have an impressive view on Innsbruck ! The tour is not difficult but require good conditions to be done safe.

You start from the top of the lifts of mutters, then ski towards birgitzkopfl.

Then you tour up a steep couloir (be careful of avalanche danger there) to finally reach the final plateau before the top of the mountain.

The you can go down the north face, there are different ways, this one is my favorite.

It is also possible to go down the same way as you did on the way up.
