Description

Nestled within the White Peaks of the Peak District National Park in Staffordshire, Thor's Cave is a naturally occurring cavern set within a towering limestone crag that stands 265 meters (870 feet) above sea level.

The entrance to the cave can be seen prominently overlooking the Manifold Valley.

This walk is a must do hike for anyone visiting the Peak District National Park, you’ll get to enjoy different types of terrain as well as taking in the views along the way.

Thor’s cave is towards the end of the walk so if you’re short for time and want to go and see that you can always do the walk backwards!
