Description

A serious undertaking even for experienced ski mountaineers.

From the summit of Beacon Peak, follow the East Face route for a hundred feet or so, and angle skier's left.

There is convex terrain to navigate through, including rock outcroppings, until you make it to the wide open face.

Ski down through a choke just above the apron to a tarn.
