Description
Most of the hike/run is in the woods, where you cross many streams and small waterfalls.
Eventually you start up Nikkei Mountain.
There's small cliffs above you, but the path is wide enough to be comfortable.
At the top is a bench so you can see across the valley and out over the Salish Sea.
There are a couple of sections with small boulders you'll need to negoatiate, and some boardwalk.
One section of the route down is slightly steeper than the rest, so you'll need to be careful there. Keep an ear our for mountain bikers at all times.
