Description

After entering the top of the Aygues Cluses valley, via the Breche by the top of the Quatre Termes lift (La Mongie Ski Station), there are several interesting and aesthetic lines along the east-west running ridge that forms the north side of the valley.

Coming off the Pic Allemand, Guter Tag is one of them! Because of its orientation, this couloir tends to get wet-slide debris and runnels before other lines in the area, so ski it before it gets too warm if possible.

Consider making a day of it by skiing several of the couloirs along this ridge (Spaetzle, The Knife, Big Mac).
