Unfortunately, the first 12 km from the bus stop to the start of the actual hike lead along a country road.

With a bit of luck you can hitchhike. The route to Røysvatn is relatively easy and fairly well marked.

From Røysvatn to the rest hut at Krokvatnet it is still easy, but the markings are significantly fewer.

From Krokvatnet to Storå there are hardly any markings.

The path is difficult to find and overall it is difficult to walk here.

Lots of rock debris and some steep climbs and descents. The landscape is very beautiful, unfortunately there are high-voltage lines in some places due to the generation of electricity with hydropower and wind turbines
