Description

Steep chutes, tight trees, and big cliff bands? Sick.

This tends to hold good snow and is a fantastic descent for how close it is to the trailhead. Approach up the east ridge of Hallett Peak, until the little notch at about 10,400'.

Go off north down one of the several steep entrances, picking your way through cliffs and trees.
