Description

On the Lüsener Spitze: From Lüsens to the south, the Lüsener Fernerkogel is continually in sight to the end of the valley.

Proceeding between two steep gorges cut by streams and over some steep and rocky terrain.

The second half is less steep and easier to ski.

The tongue of the glacier is very steep at the beginning and leads to the flat glacier at an altitude of 2820 m.

Turn west and climb along the Plattigen Wand to 3000 m. Leave the route to the Fernkogel and keep left on steep slope east of the Lüsener Spitze.

Climb up and to the left as you approach the upper shoulder.

Go through a short high valley to the north-west and at the end over a short steep slope to the right (north) to the Lüsener Spitze (3231m). Descend as you ascended.
