Description

We follow the main road as far as the Enns Bridge and then continue along the shore path to Pruggern.

A natural path brings us almost to Aich Assach, where we reach a tarmac road again.

At Weißenbach bei Haus we continue uphill to Burgstaller and then downhill to Lodenwalker where we cross the main road.

From here the terrain is variable-forest tracks, meadow and asphalt paths - until we reach the Kulmberg.

Some adventurous cycling is needed as we continue downhill on a trial route.

Arriving at the main road we leave the community of Ramsau to our right and continue towards Filzmoos.

Approximately 1 km after the turn off to the toll road, we turn left on to a forest road and reach the main road to Filzmoos via the Grahsteg. Leaving the village behind us, we pass the toll booth (view towards the Bischofsmütze).

A little later we follow the forest road via the Marcheggsattel to Neuberg and continue along an asphalt road up to Neubergerhof.

We follow a steep gravel road over the Langeggsattel until just before Lungötz (view of Tennengebirge and the western Dachstein massif).

At the Neuhaus junction we turn right until we reach the asphalt road leading into the Lammertal Valley.

We now follow a section of the Lammer River along paved secondary and main roads.
