A favourite of locals, be prepared to encounter many like-minded souls on bikes as well as roller skis along the roads of Maridalen. The valleys internal road network can be used to add to the length of your ride.

In addition to the mapped route, the main road in the center is commonly used. Highlights are the accessible low-traffic country roads and the views (and food) available from the top of Grefsenkollen.
