FATMAP difficulty grade
The Austrian Triathlon is characterised by its short distances from the quarter to the track, as well as the central transition zone and the holiday atmosphere around the lake.
By renouncing the Ironman license, the race remained as original and authentic as it was at the start, even though the professionalism and its demands has grown.
'Halb-distanz' is 21km running: The marathon course is a completely flat turning course.
From the transition zone it goes along the Neusiedler lake over the Georgshof.
From there, turn right, past the Mangalitzerschweinen in the direction of ''hell''.
The 10.5 km route is run twice.
'Ironman- distanz' is approximately 42km running: The marathon course is a completely flat turning course.
From the transition zone, it goes along the Neusiedler Lake on the Georgshof, then turn right and comes back to the old track at the Mangalitzerschweinen.
The 10.5km track is run 4 times.
